Our information security management system is certified under
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by BSI (Certificate No. IS 785338),
covering the entire SocialEnable platform — Social Listening,
AI Chatbot, and Customer Service — including our secure
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure management.

The certification is maintained through continuous,
independent external audits by an ANAB/IAF-accredited body,
originally registered on 16 February 2023
and valid through 15 February 2029.
